TalentHub is not a public job board or general SaaS product – it is the internal operating system we plan to use to deliver recruitment services under TalentHub Partners K.K. in Japan, once licensed. In other regions, where our partners are separately licensed, the same platform may support their recruitment services under local laws.

  1. Public information (such as professional profiles, contact enrichment or company data) can be used to enrich records, but this flows in one direction only – into the private workspace.

  2. Proprietary information is always secure and private.

  3. When sharing is required (for example, at a client’s request), it is consent-based, time-limited, and fully logged, ensuring a clear audit trail.

  4. TalentHub integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace, Chrome, enrichment tools, and trusted data providers – with OpenAI at the core for intelligence and automation.
