Murray Clarke has spent his career building and scaling executive search businesses in Japan. A consistent theme across that journey is simple: every agency he has helped build or lead has seen a successful acquisition, including the firm he founded.
He began his search career as an early hire at a specialist firm, joining as the second employee and helping establish foundations that later supported growth to more than 200 staff. After a period working inside VMware Japan as an outbound recruiter, he became a senior leader at RGF Executive (Recruit Holdings), where he was recognised during the company’s transition to new ownership.
In 2014, Murray founded Technology Futures K.K., building it from inception into a respected executive search and outbound RPO business that was later acquired by ManpowerGroup Japan.
After several years in New Zealand developing the TalentHub platform, Murray returned to Japan in 2025 to launch TalentHub Partners K.K., bringing together executive search, outbound RPO, and platform innovation.
He holds a BA and BCom from the University of Otago and undertook further study at the University of Tokyo.

Konstantin is a full-stack recruitment technology expert with more than 15 years of experience building software platforms across industries. He co-founded Interviewy, an AI-powered interview automation platform used by major US hospitality brands such as Five Guys, Halal Guys, Blaze Pizza, and Cinnabon, helping them streamline high-volume hiring and cut time-to-hire dramatically.
Earlier in his career he co-founded Mirabo Systems International, where he led development of Livepoint, a business intelligence tool for the pharmaceutical sector. He also held senior roles at IBM Global Services, Deloitte Consulting, and BearingPoint.
At TalentHub, Konstantin leads product strategy and development. He is designing an AI-powered recruitment platform to reduce administrative work, enhance candidate and client experience, and equip recruiters with the tools they need to compete in today’s market.
