Our Privacy Commitment
We are committed to being open and transparent about how we manage your personal information. Our Privacy Policy aims to communicate, in the clearest way possible, how we treat your personal information. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. It will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
TalentHub Holdings Limited (New Zealand) is trading as TalentHub Partners. In this Privacy Policy, “TalentHub”, “we”, “us” and “our” collectively refer to TalentHub Holdings Limited, and their related companies and affiliates.
At TalentHub we have a few fundamental principles:
We will always collect, store, use and disclose personal information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws.
We will only use your personal information when it is necessary for us to deliver our services or perform other necessary business functions and activities.
We will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes unrelated to our business activities and the services we provide, unless we first obtain your consent.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we comply with our privacy obligations under applicable laws.
Your Consent
TalentHub provides recruitment services, which may include executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and related recruitment activities, as well as access to our proprietary talent sourcing platform, which supports functions such as candidate matching, referral mapping, market intelligence and workflow support. In certain cases, with your consent, we may also introduce candidates to third-party Partner agencies where we cannot directly provide assistance (together, the “Service”). Our business relies on the collection of personal information that is publicly available, or submitted by you or with your authority, to enable us to provide the Service.
By using our Service or providing your personal information to us, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically: e.g. IP address, device type, cookies, analytics.
Information created by us: e.g. evaluative records of your interactions with us.
How Is Your Personal Information Processed?
We only process personal information where:
we have legitimate interests and these are not overridden by your rights; or
it is necessary to perform a contract; or
required by law; or
we have your consent.
We process personal information to:
provide and administer the Service;
develop, improve and manage our operations;
verify identity, maintain records and manage billing;
assess eligibility for accounts;
resolve issues relating to the Service;
comply with applicable laws;
communicate with you.
We may also anonymise or aggregate data and use it in a way that individuals cannot be identified.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
TalentHub may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support the delivery of our Services. These tools may include large language models (LLMs) accessed via secure enterprise providers (such as Google Workspace) or through private APIs embedded in our platform.
We do not use public or consumer AI services to process personal information.
All AI processing is conducted in controlled environments with providers who meet appropriate security and compliance standards.
AI may be used to automate tasks such as document parsing, search, matching and workflow support.
Where AI is applied to personal information, we ensure processing is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
We may also anonymise or aggregate data before using it with AI systems to ensure individuals cannot be identified.
When Will We Disclose Your Personal Information?
We may disclose your personal information outside TalentHub and its related companies if it is necessary to facilitate the purposes described above.
We may also be required to disclose personal information by law (e.g. court orders, subpoenas, or investigations by authorities). Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you if disclosure is required.
International Data Transfers
We use trusted cloud storage providers (currently Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud) with data centres located in multiple countries across the Asia-Pacific region. Data is generally stored in the country closest to the data subject, but may be transferred between regions where necessary to deliver the Service. Where equivalent safeguards cannot be ensured, we will only transfer your information with your authorisation.
Storage and Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. TalentHub maintains organisational and technical security measures, but due to the open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
