Our focus is building a partner network powered by our proprietary AI platform — blending search expertise, business development support, and automation to strip away admin and scale results. Because we are CTO-led, our platform is continuously evolving, with new features and improvements shaped directly by the needs of our recruiters and their clients.

We are also preparing for our next stage of growth in Tokyo, where Co-Founder Murray Clarke has deep market experience and longstanding client relationships, having been a leader at three successful firms there.

Murray Clarke – one of the few recruiters to build and sell a firm in Japan. Having led three tech-focused search firms — all of which achieved successful exits — Murray now uses his experience to support recruiters in business development and delivery. He also helps guide platform development, ensuring it reflects the real-world needs of recruiters.

Konstantin Ivanov – a full-stack SaaS CTO with deep experience in building recruitment technology platforms. He leads the product roadmap, bringing AI-driven tools to life so recruiters can stay ahead.

  1. Public information (such as professional profiles, contact enrichment or company data) can be used to enrich records, but this flows in one direction only – into the private workspace.

  2. Proprietary information is always secure and private.

  3. When sharing is required (for example, at a client’s request), it is consent-based, time-limited, and fully logged, ensuring a clear audit trail.

  4. TalentHub integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace, Chrome, enrichment tools, and trusted data providers – with OpenAI at the core for intelligence and automation.
