Murray Clarke
Murray Clarke, a recruiter for 20 years, has experience in corporate teams and executive search firms. He built, led, and sold a successful search business focusing on leadership search and RPO delivery. His background revealed gaps in traditional recruitment, leading him to partner with Konstantin as CTO to develop TalentHub Partners’ as a technology-led search business enabling partner agencies. Murray is also a Japanese speaker and completed his education at the University of Tokyo.

Konstantin Ivanov, a full-stack recruitment technology expert, having previously developed Interviewy, an AI-powered high volume interview platform. At TalentHub Partners, he leads platform development, integrating AI and automation to meet current and future recruitment needs, aiming to transform talent acquisition for recruiters and client-side hiring teams.
