Building since 2022 and preparing for full launch in 2025, TalentHub is quite literally a ‘Talent Hub’ – a platform for expert technology recruiters to grow their business.

Designed for recruiters with deep domain expertise, TalentHub delivers an AI-powered operating system covering everything from business development and market intelligence to candidate mapping, scoring, referral tools, candidate guidance, and – eventually – automated billing. Built on Google Workspace and OpenAI infrastructure, it strips out admin, accelerates delivery, and helps recruiters focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing.

Used in almost every operation and task, OpenAI is embedded in the platform.
Google Workspace is integrated seamlessly with our platform. AI can read all apps including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Meet call transcripts.

The ‘Why’

Because AI Won’t Bolt Onto Legacy Recruiting

Recruiting is evolving faster than most expect. AI is reshaping how candidates are sourced, assessed, and engaged. But the tools promising to help often do the opposite: the recruitment tech market is crowded with point solutions that solve one problem at a time, forcing recruiters to cobble them together. The result? More complexity, more training, and a poor user experience.

We know this firsthand. Our first venture, Referable, was a SaaS platform in that red ocean. It worked, but adoption was slow and the gains were limited. As a ‘bootstrapped’ venture, that experience convinced us to pivot. With TalentHub we rebuilt workflows around AI from the ground up, delivering a service model that makes things easier, not harder – so recruiters can do more, with less.

Recruiting teams need this. As corporates expand into APAC and EMEA, they’ll take on more but will need partners who know the market and its people. For high-volume or project hiring, agile RPO solutions will lead – blending people and technology in ways that remain valuable long after the project ends. And at the top of the pyramid, executive search remains critical: leaders still expect trusted advisors with networks, credibility, and the ability to tell their story. That’s where TalentHub comes in – raising the standard of service with AI as the engine, not an add-on.

  • Murray Clarke – one of the few recruiters to have built and led a firm in Japan from inception to acquisition. Murray has led at three different tech-focused search firms — and all three achieved successful exits. Clients across APAC know him for his track record in executive search, RPO, and team build-outs.

  • Konstantin Ivanov – a full-stack SaaS CTO with deep experience in building recruitment technology platforms. He leads the product roadmap, ensuring recruiters have the AI tools to stay ahead.
