Today, we provide the platform that enables RPO partners to deliver faster, smarter, and with less admin. In the future, we’ll also provide our own RPO services in Japan – but the core platform remains independent, built to strengthen your delivery rather than compete with it.

  • Murray Clarke – one of the few recruiters to have built and led a firm in Japan from inception to acquisition. Murray has led at three different tech-focused search firms — and all three achieved successful exits. Clients across APAC know him for his track record in executive search, RPO, and team build-outs.

  • Konstantin Ivanov – a full-stack SaaS CTO with deep experience in building recruitment technology platforms. He leads the product roadmap, ensuring recruiters have the AI tools to stay ahead.
